Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information
Select Floral Supply is currently restricted to shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P O Box or APO addresses. Delivery should be expected with 7 – 10 business days. The tracking number will be e-mailed to you once the tracking number becomes available.

Order Procedure
Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days after they are processed. However, you should allow 4 to 5 business days during peak times.   

Ship to another Address
We will ship to third parties for a drop ship fee of $10 per order.

Back Orders
We will make every effort to inform you of any back orders and provide an estimated ship date. Items that are ordered at the same time are not always shipped together due to product availability.

Availability
All our items are available to ship from our warehouse to the best of our knowledge. However, occasionally stock of an item will not be available. Please see Back Orders. If this should happen, we will gladly refund your money. We will make every effort to inform you when the item is in stock if you wish to order. Please keep in mind this rarely happens.

Delivery of Orders
It is the customers’ responsibility to inspect all packages for damages at the time of delivery. See Returns for information on returning damaged or unwanted products.

Returns
Returns are handled on an individual basis. Contact us via e–mail at admin@selectfloralsupply.com to report any problems with your order.

You may return any product that you don’t like within one week of receipt for a full refund except for non-product charges (e.g. shipping, handling, return shipping).

Products returned after the one week period from receipt of shipment, but before 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Sample purchases are fully refundable including all non-product charges. You can purchase a single sample of most of our items for your evaluation at the casepack price by simply clicking the red icon on the product's detail page. Since all charges including round trip shipping are fully refundable for any reason, there is no risk to you when utilizing this program. Please use our sample purchase program to help minimize ordering large quantities of products that you don’t like.

Note that all dimensions indicated on our site are approximate. Also note that in the case of glassware slight dimensional variations and surface imperfections are considered common and acceptable.

Please notify us immediately of any damage in shipping so we may begin a claim process with the carrier. It is important that you assist us in this process by keeping all damaged product and packaging and making it available for the carrier's inspectors.

Payment Method and Sales Tax
You may choose your payment method, credit card or check, at checkout.

Your order is subject to applicable state and local taxes unless you provide us with proof of a resale certificate.

Canceled Orders
After placing an order with us if you decide to cancel a 5% charge will be applied to your order to recoup bank and credit card processing charges.
